Reporting a bug? This is what helps us fix it fast
- Which tool or the viewer, and what you expected to happen.
- Browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome 130 on Windows 11, Safari on iPad).
- File size and IFC schema (IFC2X3 / IFC4 / IFC4X3) and the software that exported it.
- Any message shown on screen. You do not need to send us the model — nothing on this site can receive it anyway. If you want us to reproduce with your file, share it through your own storage link.
